Having found a woman willing to allow me to serve her, my purpose as a submissive is to center my attention on the pleasure of my lovely and gracious Domina. A submissive gets his/her pleasure from serving his/her Dominant. Any other pleasures are gifts from the Dominant. So I do not seek any pleasures or rewards from my Domina. I seek only to ensure herr pleasure and entertainment, to make her life easier in any way I can. I trust her to see to my needs as she pleases.

This is a concept that is often hard for those not in the D/S community to understand. It is not being weak, but being strong in willing to give up control of my own needs and pleasures to another. I surrender myself for the pleasure of serving her.

I do not lose my identity in serving my Domina. I just put her pleasure before mine. She requires my strength, my intelligence, and my self-esteem to be served properly. I am capable of standing by myself, but I am happier to be serving her.
